As 2023 comes to an end, we wanted to provide insight into this year’s market and where we think it’s heading.

At GuardHill, we cannot control the economy but we can control the way that we have bonded together and made our company even stronger. A great company needs great professionals at all levels. We are so grateful to our mortgage professionals at GuardHill for overcoming this challenging year with a focus on building new relationships and increasing their knowledge and professionalism. We are also very appreciative of our loyal customers and the best professionals in the industry who introduce us to their clients who deserve the best products and service.

Our focus has always been on customer service and doing the right thing for our teammates and customers at all times. This year has been challenging and it has made us all stronger.

We look forward to a new year in 2024 where GuardHill will be expanding into new marketplaces while always staying loyal to our base in New York City where we have been headquartered for 32 years.
